Our experts are trained to assess the quality of gold, silver, semiprecious, and precious stones, and we take pride in our expertise and integrity.

Pawn Loans

Pawn loans are collateral loans based on fair market value of your item. We’ll keep your item secured until the loan is paid in full at which time we will return your piece. If you’re unable or no longer want to repay the loan, you can surrender your item (collateral) for payment in full.

Pawn loans are an alternative to a more traditional loan, as we don’t ask for your employment history or run a credit check. The loan approval is simply determined by the item itself, which can be helpful for people with poor credit or between jobs.

Pawn Sales

If you don’t wish to keep an item, we can purchase it outright and you’ll walk out the door with cash in hand and no repayment obligation.

For unique items, we’ll do our best to determine a fair price depending on the condition of the item and whether it’s rare or limited edition.

Items in new or like-new condition receive a higher offer than those with wear and tear.

Trade Your Items

You can choose to apply your item towards a trade for items we have in stock, such as jewelry, musical instruments, tools, or sporting equipment. In exchange cases, we’ll perform the same evaluation of the item you wish to trade as we do for sale items or pawn loans. You can apply the credit towards the purchase price of another item in the store.

Geauga Pawn and Alliance Loan Company occasionally see rare collectibles pass through our door, so if you’re looking for a special item, we just may have it. Our stock changes often. And if you’re looking for a special or rare item, we’ll keep an eye out for it.

You can complete a “wish list” form that we’ll keep on file and alert you if one of the items arrives at our store.

Because our items don’t have prices set by a manufacturer, we can offer up to 70% off retail prices on certain products. If you find your ideal item but are a little short on cash, we offer layaway programs. Depending on what it is, we’ll accept a 10% to 20% down payment and set you up with a payment plan.
